Carrots And Grapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. carrots
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vodka
    3/4 c. water
    1 1/2 c. seedless red grapes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute carrots, cut in thick diagonal slices, in margarine for a few minutes. Sprinkle carrots with sugar and cook, stirring for a few minutes. Add vodka and water.
    When the carrots are almost tender, add grapes.
    Cover pan and continue to cook until carrots are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
