Vegetarian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. finely chopped nuts
    1 c. grated cheese (Mozzarella)
    1 onion, chopped
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. thyme
    2 qt. tomato juice
    3 cloves garlic or garlic powder
    Italian seasonings
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except tomato juice, garlic and Italian seasonings; mixture should be moist, never runny.
    Form into little balls.
    Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
