Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Using electric mixer, mix together cream cheese, sour cream and sugar until creamy.
    Blend in remaining ingredients, except cinnamon.
    Pour mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass dish.
    Sprinkle cinnamon on top of mixture.
    Place in oven and cook for 1 hour.
    Turn off oven, leaving cake to cool in unopened oven for 1 hour.
    Do not open door of oven until cake is cooled.
