Low Cholesterol Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. fresh canned pumpkin
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. orange peel
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. skim evaporated milk
    1/2 c. Grand Marnier
    1/4 c. pecans
Preparation
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes; 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 2 (9-inch) pies; 100 calories per slice.
