Ham Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches green onions, diced
    1 bunch celery, diced
    1 can smoked Spam or ham, diced
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 box Minute rice
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Saute green onions, celery and pepper in 1/2 cup oil.
    Cook until tender.
    Add Spam and rice and 1/2 cup soy sauce.
    Cover pan and let cook for 15-20 minutes.
