Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) deep dish pastry shell
12 slices fried, crumbled bacon
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
1/3 c. minced onion
4 eggs
2 c. whipping cream
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. cayenne red pepper
Preparation

Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pastry shell.
Beat eggs slightly; beat in remaining ingredients.
Pour cream mixture into pie shell.
Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Reduce oven temperature to 300\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes longer.
Check for doneness with a knife in the center.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
