Cheddar Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. self-rising meal
    1/2 c. creamed corn
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. corn oil
    1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients just until combined.
    Do not overstir.
    Bake in greased muffin tins, preheated at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until brown.
