Chinese Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. chuka soba noodles
    2 qt. boiling salted water
    2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
    2 Tbsp. shoyu
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1/2 lb. char siu, slivered
    1 carrot, cut into strips
    2 c. sliced green beans
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 onion, sliced
    1 c. Chinese peas
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
Preparation
    Note:
    You
    can
    use 1 to packages of chop suey vegetables in place of the fresh vegetables, if you wish.
