Chili Spaghetti Dinner For 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped carrot
    1 1/4 c. tomato juice
    1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. broken spaghetti
Preparation
    In saucepan cook sausage, onion and carrot until meat is browned.
    Drain off fat.
    Stir in tomato juice, kidney beans, salt, chili powder and pepper.
    Place uncooked spaghetti in a 1-quart casserole.
    Stir in meat mixture.
    Bake uncovered in 375\u00b0 oven for 55 to 60 minutes or until spaghetti is tender, stirring twice.
    Makes 2 or 3 servings.
