Red Hot Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast, hand cut into bite size pieces
    1 lb. Boston Butt pork roast, coarsely ground
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 qt. tomatoes
    1 1/2 large onions
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    5 chili peppers, chopped
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 tsp. cumin, ground
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 c. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. powdered garlic
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. corn maize
    1/2 c. water
    4 cans Mexican chili beans, drained
Preparation
    Brown
    the
    meat and saute the onions.
    Add this to the tomatoes in a large pot.
    Cook for 30 minutes.
    Add all spices and cook
    for
    1 1/2 hours.
    Mix the flour and maize into the water. Stir
    slowly until the chili mixture thickens.
    Simmer slowly for 1/2 hour.
    Stir frequently.
