Late Summer Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 ripe tomatoes, chopped
    1 c. basil leaves, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    3/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    3 large garlic cloves, minced
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, cubed
    1/3 c. safflower oil
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. seashell shaped pasta
Preparation
    Combine all
    ingredients,
    except pasta.
    Let stand one hour at room
    temperature.
    Cook
    pasta, drain, then toss with tomato and cheese mixture.
