Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 C oil
    2 C sugar
    4 lg eggs
    1 1/4 tsp baking soda
    1 1/4 tsp baking powder
    2 C plus 1 tbsp flour
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp salt
    3 C grated carrots
    1/3 C nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
