Ingredients
    56 Ritz crackers, crushed fine
    6 egg whites
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine nuts and crackers in a bowl.
    In another bowl, beat the egg whites until fluffy.
    Gradually add sugar, baking powder and vanilla.
    Mix this with crackers and nuts.
    Put in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan; bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
