Perfect Picnic Chicken Legs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soy sauce
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and heat until sugar and margarine are dissolved.
    Pour over large amount of chicken drumsticks. Marinate overnight.
    Pour off most of the marinade.
    Important! It foams, so leave only small amount in large baking dish.
    (If I am baking for a cookout or large picnic, I use my turkey baker.) Cook at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Turn in marinade and bake 20 more minutes.
    Cooked legs are mahogany colored and great cold.
    I wrap a strip of aluminum foil around the top of each leg and stack in a serving dish because they are sticky.
