Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. milk
    5 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. pure vanilla
Preparation
    In a large pan, mix first three ingredients together well. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly over medium high heat.
    Do not stir once it comes to a boil.
    Turn down heat and put in candy thermometer until reaches \"soft-ball\" stage.
    Remove from heat; add butter and vanilla.
    Set pan in a little cold water in sink, being careful not to get any water in fudge.
    Beat until dull.
    Pour in a well buttered 10 x 10-inch pan.
