Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper (if desired)
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn or 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style and 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease a 1-quart casserole.
    Melt butter or margarine in saucepan and blend in flour.
    Add milk, salt, pepper and sugar.
    Bring to boiling point, stirring constantly.
    Blend eggs into warm mixture.
    Pour into casserole. Place casserole into oven and bake 1 hour or until set.
    Pudding is done when the end of a table knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Makes six servings.
