Biscotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. Crisco
    4 eggs
    1 bottle anise extract (or 2 tsp. almond extract and 1 tsp. vanilla extract)
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening.
    Beat in eggs one at a time.
    Add extract.
    Gradually add flour, and baking powder.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cut, turn on side and bake until light golden brown.
