Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. cocoa
    2 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    red food coloring
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together sugar, oil and margarine.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Mix cocoa and food coloring; mix all together.
    Add vinegar and buttermilk, flour and vanilla.
    Beat well for 2 minutes on high.
    Grease and flour 3 round cake pans.
    Evenly distribute into cake pan.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 until done, 25 to 32 minutes.
