Taco Skillet Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 envelope taco seasoning mix
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (11 1/2 oz.) can condensed bean with bacon soup
    1/2 c. water
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 c. grated American cheese
    1 1/2 c. corn chips, broken
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the egg, milk, bread crumbs, onion and taco seasoning mix.
    Add beef; mix well.
    Shape mixture into 6 patties. In large lightly greased skillet, brown the patties on both sides.
    Mix soup and 1/2 cup water; spoon over meat.
    Cover; cook over low heat 15 minutes.
    Top with tomatoes and cheese.
    Heat, covered, 3 minutes longer.
    Serve with corn chips.
    Serves 6.
