Tacos In Pasta Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
18 jumbo shells
1 1/4 lb. ground chuck
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 small jar taco sauce
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
crushed tortilla chips
Preparation

Cook shells; drain.
Rinse in warm water and toss with butter. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Cook beef and drain thoroughly. Add cream cheese and 1/2 package of taco seasoning mix.
Simmer. Fill shells with meat mixture.
Place shells in baking dish and pour taco sauce over them.
Cover with foil and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Uncover and sprinkle top with shredded cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
Bake 15 minutes more.
Remove from oven and serve.
Garnish with sour cream and favorite taco toppings.
