Shrimp Gumbo Express - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw cleaned shrimp
    2 c. canned stewed tomatoes
    1 small can okra, sliced
    1 tsp. garlic juice or fresh garlic to taste
    dash of onion powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    Tabasco or hot sauce to taste
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Shell and devein shrimp (frozen uncooked may be used).
    Mix all ingredients, except shrimp and hot sauce.
    Cover and cook 3 minutes.
    Add shrimp and hot sauce; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Thicken liquid with 1 tablespoon of flour, dissolved in a little water if necessary.
    Stir and cook a few minutes, until thick. Serve gumbo over hot, cooked rice in bowls.
