Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 c. cream corn
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend well.
    Pour into an 8-inch pan or iron skillet.
    Grease well.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
