Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine (soft)
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. uncooked (quick) rolled oats
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
