Low Calorie Dip For Veggies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 to 2 tsp. Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation

Put all ingredients into a blender and mix well.
Chill.
If the dip seems a little too thick, add a little skim milk gradually and mix again until you get the consistency you want.
