Savory Rice With Lobster - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) lobster tail
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine
    dash of pepper
    1 box long grain or wild rice, cooked
Preparation
    Cook lobster in boiling water 6 minutes after water returns to boil.
    Drain, rinse and cube.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Brown lightly in melted butter.
    Don't let it toughen and dry out. Combine oil and lemon seasonings; mix well.
    Add wine.
    Add to cooked rice.
    Heat over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes, stirring gently.
    Add cubed lobster and mix well.
    Serves 4.
