Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. low-fat sour cream
    8 oz. pkg. Neufchatel or cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes or Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 lb. small shrimp, cooked or crabmeat
Preparation
    Beat sour cream with cream cheese until smooth.
    Stir in lemon juice, onion, pepper, milk and shrimp (save a few shrimp for a garnish).
    Season with salt or Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
    (Can be made a day ahead.)
