Hominy Casserole(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can white or yellow hominy
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
16 oz. sour cream
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Layer hominy and Monterey Jack cheese in large, greased baking dish.
Mix sour cream and green chilies in bowl.
Spoon over layers.
Top with Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until brown and bubbly.
