Crock-Pot Barbecue Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) lean pork roast
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
    1 c. barbecue sauce
    1 c. salsa
    1 c. catsup
Preparation
    Place roast and water in crock-pot.
    Cook on low for 10 hours. Remove
    fat
    and
    bone;
    slice
    or tear apart.
    Return roast to crock-pot.\tSoak
    onion
    flakes
    in
    small amount of water. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour over meat and cook 5 hours longer.
    Yields 16 to 20 servings.
