Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced zucchini
1 c. sliced carrots
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing
1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Cook zucchini, carrots and onions 5 minutes and drain.
Mix margarine.
Combine soup and sour cream.
Fold in drained zucchini mixture.
Combine stuffing and margarine.
