Frog Eye Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. acini de pepe
    1 large can chunked pineapple
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 large or 2 small cans mandarin oranges
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Cook acini de pepe (found at the store near the pastas).
    Drain and rinse with cold water.
    Let stand until it's room temperature. Drain 1 cup juice from pineapple.
    Stir in flour, sugar and salt. Cook until thick and let cool.
    Mix with acini de pepe and let set 1 hour (or overnight) in the refrigerator.
    Mix with pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, marshmallows and Cool Whip.
    Chill and serve.
