Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomatoes
3 c. sliced potatoes
3/4 c. sliced onion
3/4 c. sliced pepper
Preparation

Brown beef and drain off fat.
Add tomatoes and cook until thick, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Put potatoes, onions and pepper in an oblong baking dish.
Pour beef sauce over vegetables and salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and cook in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for about 40 to 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Yields 3 to 4 servings.
