Sombero Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. ground beef
1 jar salsa
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 pkg. McCormick mushroom gravy mix
1 can refried beans
1/2 lb. ground pork
pepper and salt sparingly
Preparation

Mix gravy as directed; set aside.
Mix all ingredients with hands until well mixed.
Form into meat balls the size of cherry tomatoes.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until light brown.
Drain.
