Mary'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground sirloin
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 egg
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
Preparation
    Mix together ground sirloin, bread crumbs, green pepper, onion, egg, salt and 4 ounces tomato sauce. Shape into loaf in baking pan.
    Mix together 4 ounces tomato sauce, water, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard.
    Pour over meat loaf.
    Baste during cooking. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/4 hours.
