Chicken A La King - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. green peppers
    1/2 c. canned mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. hot chicken broth
    1/2 c. hot milk
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped pimiento
Preparation
    Cook green pepper and mushrooms in butter until tender; blend in flour and salt.
    Add broth and milk.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Add pimiento and chicken; heat to blend flavors.
    Pour over hot biscuits or patty shells, etc.
    Yields 6 servings.
