Flavorful Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. pitted ripe olives
    2 c. tuna, drained and flaked
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    lettuce leaves (optional)
Preparation
    Set aside 10 olives.
    Chop remaining olives.
    Combine tuna, chopped olives and celery.
    Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, onion powder and ginger.
    Mix well.
    Pour over tuna mixture.
    Stir gently and chill until serving time.
    If desired, serve on lettuce leaves.
    Garnish with reserved olives.
    Yields 10 servings.
