Egg-Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs or 1 slice bread
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
Preparation

Cook sausage until browned; drain off fat.
In a saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter; stir in flour and salt.
Add milk all at once.
Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes more.
Stir in cooked sausage and sliced eggs.
Pour mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Toss bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle atop casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through. Makes 6 servings.
