Scottish Mincemeat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Brown meat while stirring constantly to break it into fine particles.
Add finely chopped onion, salt, pepper and water. Cover and simmer gently for 30 minutes.
Serve with boiled or mashed potatoes.
