Broccoli-Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 c. cooked rice
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cooked broccoli
    1 large can green peas
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. crushed crackers or bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    In a 2 quart casserole dish, arrange 1/2 broccoli, 1/2 peas, and 1/2 rice.
    Mix mushroom soup, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, cheese, onion, and eggs to make sauce.
    Pour 1/2 sauce over dish.
    Layer remaining broccoli, peas, and rice and pour remaining sauce over dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Shortly before it finishes cooking, cover with crumbs and brown.
