Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 yellow squash
    1 onion, diced
    1/2 c. cream
    1/4 c. saltines, crushed
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Slice, boil, drain and mash squash.
    Saute onion in butter. Add cream and crushed crackers, then squash.
    Grease casserole; put in mixture.
    Dot with butter and bread crumbs.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
