Easy Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar (I use about 3/4 c.)
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 (6 oz.) coconut
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; blend well.
    Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until crust is brown and custard is firm.
    (Mine took longer, 60 minutes.)
