Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 cake or 1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water.
    Add the buttermilk and rest of ingredients; mix and cover.
    Put in refrigerator in a Tupperware bowl with a tight lid.
    Store until ready to use, then pinch off what you need.
    Make into biscuits.
    No need to let rise; they will rise in the oven.
