Moist Baked Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    use tenderized or smoked picnic ham
    10 c. hot water
Preparation
    Put ham in large roaster, adding 10 cups hot water.
    Put in cold oven.
    Turn heat to 500\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes.
    Turn oven off for 1 hour.
    Turn on again for 30 minutes.
    Turn off and leave in oven overnight.
    Seal with heavy foil before baking.
