Pork Chops For 4 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    4 slices lemon
    4 slices onion
    enough brown sugar to cover chops well
    4 Tbsp. catsup (optional)
Preparation
    Salt the chops well on both sides, then put into lightly greased baking dish.
    Cover chops with brown sugar.
    Add slices of lemon and then onion.
    Top with catsup; cover and bake one hour at 350\u00b0.
    Remove cover and finish baking 30 minutes more.
