Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. crunched-up potato chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. flour
Preparation

Cream together the butter and sugar.
Stir in vanilla.
Mix in the potato chips and pecans.
Add the flour and mix thoroughly. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet in rounded balls.
Grease the bottom of a drinking glass and dip into granulated sugar. Then press down each cookie, dipping into sugar between presses. Bake 10 to 15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Makes 3 1/2 to 4 dozen cookies.
