Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    1 envelope dry yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1 egg, beaten
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Set aside.
    Mix sugar and butter in a large bowl.
    Add egg.
    Alternately add flour and yeast mixture. Refrigerate batter in an airtight bowl for several hours or overnight.
    It will keep for a week or more.
