Raisin Filled Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    3 c. flour (or more)
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix dough and roll out on a floured board.
    Cut out with round cookie cutter, make one for the bottom and another for the top (cut a slit in the top one or use a thimble to make a small round hole in the center of the top).
    Put filling in the center and seal around the edges.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
