Pineapple Angel - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Knox gelatine
1 c. boiling water
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
angel food cake, cut into small pieces
juice of 1 lemon
3 pkg. Dream Whip

Preparation

Mix gelatine in boiling water.
Add pineapple, sugar, lemon juice and Dream Whip.
Mix pineapple mixture and pour over cake pieces.
Sprinkle coconut over top.
