Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    1 large or 2 medium eggs
    1 3/4 c. sweet milk
    2 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix pulp and egg.
    Alternately add milk and dry ingredients. Stir in margarine.
    Pour into greased pan 1 inch deep.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until done.
