Pork Chops And Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 canned sweet potatoes
    6 thin slices of orange, unpeeled
    6 pork chops
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. light brown sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Drain potatoes and place in shallow baking dish.
    Top with orange slices, then pork chops.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then brown sugar.
    Bake covered for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake about 30 minutes more.
