Kidney Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 lamb kidneys
    2 Tbsp. bacon fat
    1 big onion, chopped
    1/4 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 bouillon cube
    1 medium potato
    2 small carrots
    dash of curry
    dash of nutmeg
    2 drops Tabasco
Preparation
    Skin and slice kidneys fine; soak in salted water (2 tablespoons) for 1/2 hour.
    Drain; soak 5 minutes in fresh water. Drain.
